Authorized Person Buying Vehicle on Behalf of a Corporation
You will need the following:
- Authorization Form, worded as shown on this sample, printed on Company Letterhead, signed by an Officer of the Corporation, naming you as an authorized person.
- Letter or Screenshot from Corporation Bureau of the state where corporation is incorporated, showing that corporation exists.
- A Valid PA Insurance Card showing CORPORATION name & PA address.
- Driver's License of Authorized Person

You will need the following:
- Authorization Form, worded as shown on this sample, printed on Company Letterhead, signed by an Officer of the Corporation, naming you as an authorized person.
